The proposed FAIR Act seeks to grant legal protection to artists whose unique styles are imitated using AI generative models, potentially leading to unfair competition and financial losses.

The proposed law would hold individuals accountable for deliberately mimicking an artist's style through AI-driven creations intended for commercial gain.
